Crawford's Irish Waxed Linen is available in five colours and features a slightly heavier application of wax. This thread is 4ply (approx .8mm) and is perfect for exposed bound books.
Our standard black and white waxed threads are slightly less waxed and thinner, making them excellent for hidden or case binding.
Both types of thread can be used for all bookbinding techniques.
