Join me in this half-day creative workshop where you will be introduced to a range of bookbinding and collage techniques in a wonderfully informal setting. Think of it as a "freeform" workshop in which you can dip in and out of the teachings on offer whenever inspiration strikes. You'll be learning a range of bookbinding techniques, from a simple pamphlet stitch to more advanced coptic binding plus elements and materials to create a collection of collages or zines - it's a little bit of all the winter workshops combined!
All materials and tools will be provided on the day, but you are invited to bring materials from home also....possibly a bookmaking project that just never got completed? Or papers collected over time? You'll also be treated to a great grazing table and refreshments to snack on while you create.
Participants will leave with a range of hand-crafted books using a variety of stitch techniques, zines and/or collages (or all combined!) it's totally up to you.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and places are strictly limited.

Workshop fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it to your workshop, your booking can be transferred to another person, however, it is the participant's responsibility to find a replacement. Unfortunately, swapping your place to another workshop is not possible, as once your ticket has been booked, a spot has been held for you in that particular session. Thank you for your understanding, as it is difficult to absorb these costs as a small business.
