Please note that the shipping of goods and artworks are treated differently, please read on for further details. If you would like to clarify or confirm any aspect of shipping please contact the studio.

 

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, significant shipping delays are likely to occur. Within Australia, please expect delays of 1-2 days, international customers please expect longer delays.

SHIPPING of GOODS

SHIPPING PROVIDER

Due to our rural location we deliver all domestic and international orders via our most trusted and convenient provider Australia Post. 

TRACKING

Please note:

  • small orders are often shipped as “large letters” which do not include tracking information.
  • larger orders are shipped as “packages” which will include tracking information.
  • all express post items include tracking information.

To request or confirm tracking on your order, please contact the studio and a shipping upgrade will be issued. Please note that shipping upgrades may attract additional shipping costs, these will be billed separately.

ORDERING ARTWORK & GOODS TOGETHER

Please note:

  • when artworks and goods are purchased together, these parcels may arrive separately and/or as multiple parcels.
  • artworks that require additional shipping costs will state this on their product description and will be added at checkout.
  • when goods and artworks are purchases together, standard shipping for goods will be applied at the checkout in addition to artwork shipping fees.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10.00 

Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15.00 up to 5kg 

Standard shipping to all other countries is a flat rate of $25.00

Free shipping for all goods orders of $60 and over within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping 1 - 6 working days

  • Express Post 1 – 2 working days

 International

  • Letters & Parcels Air Mail 3 – 10+ working days (excludes any time in customs and delays outside of Aust Post control)

  • Letters & Parcels Standard Mail with tracking 6+ business days (excludes any time in customs and delays outside of Aust Post control)

  • Letters & Parcels Express Mail 2-4 working days (excludes any time in customs and delays outside of Aust Post control)

 

Please note Jo Olive Studio is not liable for any fees associated with custom or border control procedures. Please check with your countries custom policies prior to ordering if unsure.

Please note: Please allow up to two weeks for domestic mail and 3 weeks for international mail delivery at exceptionally busy times of the year such as Christmas, New Year & Easter.

COVID-19 Shipping notes: Shipping at this time has been delayed, especially international orders. Please expect significant delays if ordering internationally.

 

SHIPPING of ARTWORKS

SHIPPING PROVIDER

Most artworks are sent via our most convenient provider which is currently Australia Post. At times we may need to send artwork via a courier service, if this is necessary you will be contacted by the studio to arrange and be provided with an estimate. Please contact the studio if you would like further information about shipping artworks or obtaining an estimate.

TRACKING & INSURANCE
  • Artworks delivered via Australia Post will be delivered as "packages" and will include tracking information.
  • All artworks will be shipped with "extra cover" which will ensure your artwork for the sale price.
 SHIPPING COSTS
  • For larger artworks or framed pieces, a custom shipping fee, specific to that particular artwork will be added at the time of checkout.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly stated in the product description of each artwork.
  • If you would like to obtain clarification about shipping please contact the studio.
  • If you are local and would like to pick up your artwork from the studio, please contact to arrange a convenient time and day.
  • shipping costs for artworks include postage and handling.

 

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

 

Please note that our refund & exchange policy differs between goods and artworks, please read the relevant information below for further details.

FOR GOODS
  • Refunds for goods only must be requested within three days of receiving your items.
  • Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.
  • If your case is accepted, goods must be returned to the studio within 14 days, in a re-sellable condition including undamaged packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. 
  • We ship with care. If you receive damaged goods, please photograph and send asap so that we can discuss with our carrier.
  • We list items clearly. Refunds are not available for a change of mind. There must be a significant reason: damage or fault to be eligible for a refund.
  • Exchanges are not permitted.
  • All Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

FOR ARTWORKS

Purchasing artworks online can by difficult, we understand that. We also understand that colours differ on screens and in real life and scale plays an important part in choosing the right artwork for your space. If you would like to arrange for a mock-up of the artwork in your home, please contact the studio and we will do our best to put your mind at ease.

If you are unsure or would like to discuss any aspect of your potential artwork purchase, please get in touch, I can talk you through colour, size, texture and placement and work with you to choose the perfect option.

Please note that:

  • Application for the refund of artworks must be submitted within three days of receiving the artwork. Any application for a refund after this time will not be considered.
  • Artwork details are clearly and accurately listed. We recommend requesting a mock up or discussing your purchase first if you are unsure. Please be mindful that the colour you see on your screen may differ in reality.
  • We ship with care. If you receive damaged goods, please photograph and send asap so that we can discuss with our carrier.
  • Refunds are not available for a change of mind. There must be a significant reason: damage or fault to be eligible for a refund. 
  • If a refund is granted, artworks must be returned to the studio within 14 days at the customer's expense. Artworks must arrive well packaged and in a re-sellable state. Refunds will only be issued once artworks have been received and conditions checked.
  • Shipping costs are final and are not able to be refunded.
  • Exchanges of artworks are not permitted.
  • All Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
